Do I need to pre-book?
No, but booking is recommended to guarantee a lane. Walk-ins are accepted subject to availability.
Can I book online for now?
No. Online bookings have a one-hour delay, so immediate visits are best handled as walk-ins if lanes are available.
Do you offer free parking?
Yes. Use Sunniside Multi Storey Car Park to the rear of the building, ask reception for a parking pass, then validate it at the ground-floor desk.
Do you do kids parties?
Yes. Choose your date and time through the booking page, then select Kids Parties from the available options.
Can I book by phone?
Please book and pay through the official online booking site. Payments cannot be taken over the phone.
Are online offers available to walk-ins?
No. Most offers are online only, and till stations usually only have access to the standard price list.
What should under-18s know?
After 6pm, under-18s must be accompanied by a responsible adult while on the premises and using paid facilities.
Do I need bowling shoes?
No, but suitable footwear is required. Avoid heels, open-toed sandals and unsafe footwear.
What is upstairs?
Upstairs includes 16 bowling lanes, a bar, smart darts, shuffleboards, table tennis, a virtual gun range and beer pong.
