How long does a website take?

A Spotlight website will typically take two to three weeks, while a Premiere website usually takes four to six. Timing depends on the project scope, how quickly content is supplied and the feedback schedule agreed at the start.

Do I need to provide the text and images?

The package prices assume that you supply final text and suitable images. I will help organise them into a clear page structure; copywriting, photography or additional content work can be quoted separately.

Will I own my website?

Yes. Once the final balance is paid, the website files created for your project are yours. Any third-party services, fonts, images or software remain subject to their own licences and terms.

Are the domain and hosting included?

Ongoing domain and hosting costs are separate unless your written quotation says otherwise. Suitable options and renewal costs are explained before work begins, so there are no surprise charges.

Can you update the website after launch?

Yes. Every package includes a defined post-launch support period. Further changes and ongoing website care can then be quoted as one-off work or arranged as regular support.

Do you only work with businesses in Sunderland?

Sunderland is home base and the main local service area, making face-to-face conversations easy when useful. Hollywood Jack can also work remotely with organisations elsewhere in the North East and throughout the UK.
